This driver is awesome, it has a very hot face, and much more . What was a surprise was the launch angle, definitely has a higher launch than what most drivers have on the market today. We really enjoyed all the new technology enhancements the G20 driver had to offer, it’s definitely worth checking out if you have the chance. The main difference between the ProV1 and the Penta is spin. Titleist has been cited as the maker with the best spin. However, Penta has been praised for it’s side spin and ability to stop on the mark. Pro V1 however will spin more on shots around the greens and inside 60 yards but anything outside their basically identical. What it comes down to is spin and where you want it to spin overall the Pro V1 has more spin and the Penta has the ability to stop spot on. Depending on what your looking for they are both phenomenal performers and that’s why they come with that high performance price tag.

The appeal of this club is it’s lightweight club which which comes in as sub-300 grams. The swing weight separates it from the rest of the crowd. The lighter weight driver on the market ended up with very high swing weights. In testing they hit great and definitely have the ability to be bit long if you hit them well. Forgiveness was definitely a big factor with these clubs. You get great results if you hit them in the center of even those off-center hits still go straight. Not too far off center but enough to call them a forgiving iron. The distance is still there though which I found to be extremely impressive.
