Swing Weight Practice

swing_weightThere are several types of weighted products that allow golfers to practice their swing. These weights can either be attached to the club or added to the end such as a donut weight. Using weights are a great way to either practice warming up or to practice your swing at home. These are easy tools to use at home as strengthening techniques. In front of the TV is a great place to work on these, you can even clear a space for yourself and grab a club with a practice weight and swing away. If you are really dedicated you can set up a putting area in your living room to work on putts. This type of swinging practice will be really nice so you’re not rusty during the spring when the sun finally comes out.
